Founding Members

Augustine Guma is the Founder, President and CEO of Gumax International Ltd, Gumax CPAs & Consultants, Guma Spicy Pies, Gumax Accounting Services as well as
Gumax Café and Grill. He is a professionally trained Mathematician, Accountant, Mechanical Engineer and Software Engineer who, through sheer determination and strong business instinct, built the dynamic, multifaceted Gumax corporations which strive to constantly encourage an entrepreneurial spirit.

Gumax Global Empowerment is an organization Mr Guma established that aims to collaborate with skilled individuals and proactive partners around the world in creating better living conditions for the communities they reach.

Kwame Ampong is the Founder and CEO of Silvadew LLC., GreenWice Inc., GajoFit LLC., Dibana Arts Consortium and Kornerstonez Productions.

Possessing over 15 years of experience in technology, focusing on Software Engineering (Information & Data Security), Kwame has displayed meritable execution on technical corporate platforms. This improved the data integrity of several US-based companies, both in the government and private sectors.

He currently holds a double-career degree in BS, Information Security and BS, Business Management. Kwame is highly proficient, with a stellar understanding of intricate business scalability processes, which equip him in managing, developing & delivering on extensive projects.

Ampong Kwaku Kwakye aka “Kay” is a highly accomplished individual, who holds a top-tier Bachelors Degree in Theatre Arts and a Master of Philosophy in Arts and Culture from the prestigious University of Education, Winneba. With expertise in Acting, Scriptwriting, and Directing, he consistently exhibits a deep comprehension of the entertainment sector. As a consultant, Kay has played a crucial role in shaping content strategies for several prominent television stations in Ghana.

Kay is renowned for producing high-quality works such as “The Unit X”, and “Friends Zone”. Beyond the screen, he goes above and beyond, pushing storytelling boundaries and introducing fresh perspectives to the forefront. He remains committed to advancing the field in Ghana, leveraging his vision plus wealth of academic and practical knowledge.

Nkosinathi “Nathi” Maneli possesses vast experience in business and a heart for upliftment at a grassroots level. These are the components that have helped drive his company, Optasia Studios, towards message-oriented projects. Nathi is further experienced in Executive Producing and an oversight on Production Management. He is a firm believer in a wholistic mentorship approach, encouraging creatives to build sustainable careers and key relationships.

Nkosinathi’s skills include acting in two international projects: one being a feature length film and the other a short film which were created to raise awareness around human trafficking.

Pholile Maneli uses her expertise in Executive Producing, Producing, Directing, Script Writing, Book Writing, Public Speaking, Business Administration and Event Management to highlight poignant social issues. Through Optasia Studios, Pholile pursues projects globally that cover topics like anti-human trafficking, teenage pregnancy and abortion. In 2016, she pioneered a school called “Basics of Film Making” (registered with a University in Hawaii, USA); then in 2017, she established a program called “Xpress!”

Pholile is extremely passionate about community development and hopes to continue using her gifts for the empowerment of others.
